A new courtyard development by Sundown Properties. These high specification, beachside houses benifit from underfloor heating and ground sourced heat pumps. The heat pumps are supplied by closed boreholes up to 100m deep within the courtyard area itself.

The controls are fully weather compensated, whereby the flow temperatures to the underfloor heating are altered according to the external temperature.

As part of a major refurbishment to a derelict thatched cottage, underfloor heating was fitted (by the owner, after one days onsite training) at concentrated pipe spacing to maximise the efficiency of the heat pump.

 

The above photgraphs are shown with the temporary electrical supplies and also show the borehole sourced water system's accumulator and filtration systems.

24 November 2010. Following extensive training at AGA / Rayburn in Telford we are please to announce we are now able to offer servicing, installation and commisionimng to AGA / Rayburn and all similar cookers and stoves.

 

02 November 2010. We are now able to provide BPEC training in underflloor heating and heat pumps.

 

22 October 2010. Now listed as a Grant Oil boiler installer.
